Admissions Department:
Admissions for classes are held three times a year.
The admission for Hifz ul Qur’an and Qira’at remains open after Eid ul Fitr.
- Tafseer ul Qur’an is open for 1 month each year upon the arrival of Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor
- Hifz ul Qur’an- students should possess a primary education (5thClass) and must know how to read the Holy Qur’an.
- Dars e Nizami – students need to have passed the Middle Class (8thClass) and have passed Nazra Qur’an or Primary Class (5th Class) and have passed the Hifz ul Qur’an class to gain admission.
After the completion of the provided admission form available from Misbah ul Qur’an, the following documents are necessary to be attached to the admission form.
- A photocopy of an identity card of the father or a male guardian
- The required education certificates from previous institutes if learning must be presented to gain admittance.
- 2 passport size photographs are required. Girls are not required to provide photographs
- The set admission fee must be provided at enrolment.
- Admission is only given on merit testing and interview. The father or guardian must witness the decision of the committee and their decision will be final and unbiased.
Rules & Regulations
- Uniform- boys are required to wear white Shalwar kameez with a white cap.
- Uniform-girls are required to wear white Shalwar kameez with a black shawl and a grey coloured jumper for winter
- Uniform must be worn at all times of learning.
Taking leave in term time is not encouraged, but if it is the case then the following rules apply:
- A written letter requesting the leave is required signed by the parent or guardian
- If leave is more than 2 days, then the father or guardian must request the leave
- Medical certificates are requested for sick leave
- A fine will be posed if leave is taken without permission or request
- Students will be withdrawn from their course if they are absent for over a period of a week without reason and the re-admission process exercised.
- All library books and items of Misbah ul Qur’an must be returned to the superintendent before leaving.
Student Code Of Conduct
- It is necessary for all students to lead their lives according to Islamic rules.
- Any sort of political, illegal, uncivilized and unity breaking activities will not be tolerated.
- It is necessary that all students adopt the beliefs and philosophies of our great scholars of Ahlus Sunnah for unity of learning.
- Students must participate in all set examinations according their course.
- Students must be regular in prayers.
- Students must respect every teacher and any rude or promiscuous behaviour will result in a disciplinary action.
- Students are to respect the building in keeping it litter free.
- Residential students must take care to keep rooms clean and tidy.
- All students should show discipline at all times.
- All students are required to eat their meals together at the allocated times and are not allowed permission into Kitchen areas, unless except at meal times.
- Students should sleep at an appropriate time after studying and not to mis-use the energy.
- No additional guests are allowed without the permission of the hostel superintendent.
- Rooms are allocated at first arrival and cannot be changed without the permission of the superintendent.
- Students are to keep to the set study hours and any personal jobs/hygiene are to be taken in non-study times.
- Residential students are to study after Maghrib prayer until 10.00pm.
- Residential students are to part-take in Fajr prayer and should remain in the mosque at all prayer times.

- Summer: 1stPeriod – 7.30 am – 12.30 pm
- 2ndPeriod – After Zuhr prayer until Asr prayer
- Winter: 1stPeriod – 8.00am – 1.00pm
- 2ndPeriod – After Zuhr prayer until Asr prayer
Vacations
Annual Holidays are:
- 25thSha’baan to 5th Shawaal (40 days)
- First 10 days of Muharram (as they fall each year)
- Eid ul Fitr
- Eid ul Adha
- Eid-Milad un Nabi
- No classes on Fridays
