Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor is the founder and principle of Idara Misbah ul Qur’an; a leading and pioneering Islamic institute in the heart of Sahiwal on Arif Wala Road, Punjab. Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor began the dream of Misbah ul Qur’an at the age of 12 on the walls of his bedroom during his studying days. He turned his dream into reality when he laid the foundations in the summer of June 1993. Misbah ul Qur’an was firmly established into the heart of Sahiwal to shade, nurture and fulfil the needs of the Muslim Youth with academic, spiritual and contextual growth.

Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor immigrated to the UK in 1985 yet remained faithful to his dreams and ensured the institute was erected to serve all the Muslims far and wide wishing to study the deen and dunya. Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor is one of the most prominent scholars in the U.K. and leading contextual Mufti of his era with over 18 books under his authorship. Mufti Abdul Rasool Mansoor remains in daily contact with the institution to ensure its effective and smooth running with a dedicated and qualified management team. He also visits annually for the graduation of students and delivery of lectures.
